3 Day Outlook:

Many areas will be dry on Tuesday, but wet, windy weather will reach the west in the morning and will spread eastwards across the country during the afternoon and evening. A clearance will follow later from the west and winds will begin to moderate. A brighter, drier day for most areas on Wednesday, with light or moderate winds. There will be just a few patchy outbreaks of rain and drizzle, but spells of more persistent rain are likely later in parts of the east and south of the country. The rain will spread countrywide during Wednesday night and early Thursday and will be accompanied by strong easterly winds later veering southerly.
