Everyone who's anyone in the Irish music industry has performed on The Late Late Show and now changes in the music policy mean there are opportunities for new and emerging bands to appear on the show.

The show's music supervisor Dermot McEvoy told TEN how the policy has changed and how exactly new bands can get a chance to perform on the show.

Dermot is asking for groups to film a virtual audition for the programme's consideration. The show will accept video auditions filmed on phones or with more professional equipment. They should then send them on to thelatelateshowcase@rte.ie.
